We can offer different opportunities for engagement with our charity and will work with you to find out what you would like to gain from
partnering with us. There are so many ways your company, staff and customers can support the Rainbow Centre, you could:
Choose us as your ‘charity of the year’ or charity partner
These relationships are ideal for motivating employees as well as achieving your company’s corporate responsibility strategy aims. The Rainbow Centre can tailor ideas according to your business environment, whilst motivating and supporting staff members.
Involve your team in fundraising activities
Fundraising for charity provides excellent team-building opportunities and offers a unique way for staff to build on communication and organisation skills, and to take on new responsibilities. The Rainbow Centre has a number of event places available throughout the year for both individuals and teams, and can provide fundraising strategies for our corporate partners.
Take part in a corporate challenge or event
An event in aid of The Rainbow Centre is a great way to involve staff, members, customers, clients or suppliers. We provide everything you need to plan your event and create excellent PR opportunities.
Donate gifts in kind for us to distribute to our shops
The three Rainbow Centre shops rely on donations and they are central to the success of the charity. Not only will you be supporting our Rainbow families, but you will
also be doing your bit for the environment and reducing waste to landfill.
Offer staff the opportunity to volunteer with us
Volunteering with The Rainbow Centre has direct benefits not only for staff but also for your business. We have some exciting volunteering opportunities and can produce bespoke volunteering opportunities for small and large teams.
Enhance your brand through cause-related marketing (CRM)
A CRM partnership with The Rainbow Centre allows corporate partners to enjoy the commercial advantage of working with a great trusted cause. Benefits include increased sales, additional brand credibility and positive public relations.
Sponsor one of our events
The Rainbow Centre has various events and opportunities available for corporate sponsorship throughout the year, including our 100 Club networking events. Tailored packages can be devised to suit your company.
Offer us your skills and support
Use your skills, or the skills of your team, to help us to improve the way we work.
Set up payroll giving
Setting up payroll giving means your staff can give to a vital cause and make a real difference to the families that we support, all year round. Payroll giving is an easy
way to support The Rainbow Centre’s vital work. Staff can decide to make a donation, direct from their salary, before they pay tax. This means that for every £5 donation, only £3.90 is taken from their pay – HMRC pays the rest.
How your support helps
Each year we provide support to children with Cerebral Palsy, and adults with Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, stroke and other neurological conditions to develop or
retain key life skills. We encourage each individual to reach their full potential and reach personalised goals.
Corporate partners make a crucial contribution to the work of The Rainbow Centre, and they also offer fantastic benefits to the company itself. As well as increasing
employee loyalty and morale, partnering with a charity can encourage team-building and leadership skills and generate brand awareness. By supporting The Rainbow Centre you will be supporting families with disabilities right on your doorstep.
Whether you are a business with 10, 50, 100 or more employees it is important to us that you are working with us in a way that suits your business and your staff.
For this reason all partnerships will start with a meeting either at your premises or here at The Rainbow Centre where you can see for yourselves what working with
us means to those who utilise our services.
What we can offer your business in return.
Whatever you decide to do for us, we will welcome you, work with you, make it fun and show you the difference it makes to our children and adults.
